NIE number certificate

The fiscal number you will use in Spain to purchase things of a legal nature (rent/buy property, buy/sell a car, get employed, etc)

EU Spanish residency

It’s the stay permit, you cannot live legally in Spain without this document.

Non-EU Spanish residency of family member of an EU citizen

If you are an EU citizen and you are married to a non-EU citizen, as well as having non-EU passports for your children, good news, you can sponsor them to have EU rights.

Spanish citizenship

You will get your Spanish passport and Spanish ID (DNI).

Healthcare

You might be able to have public healthcare (free assistance). We will need to study your personal situation.

Bank account

You will need it to buy property in Spain, to apply for residency, pay utility bills. It’s an essential step.

Official translations

Documents that are not in English will likely have to be officially translated into Spanish. We have the team of official translators (all languages).
